Remote issue - won't respond

Same here. Also having problems with using the remote: it either doesn’t respond at all or the Roku freezes and then reboots or there’s a delay. Also having audio problems on most channels. Have to REALLY crank the volume to barely hear anything. Won’t be too much of a problem if closed captioning was working or if it does come on, was actually synched to the video. I guess beta testing didn’t happen on this build. Would be nice if Roku would fix the problems or allow us to downgrade the firmware.

Can you please specify the issue you are experiencing? What are the steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing? What troubleshooting steps have you already taken to try to resolve the issue?
