Hi,

I see other people having similar issues but I can't see that anyone shared a solution I can use.

I bought a new Roku Voice Remote in Dec 2024. It was fine for a month but from Jan/Feb this year the right arrow has stopped working. Initially it worked with force but now it's just impossible.

The remote is model RC836, firmware 'rtn.4296'. It's paired to a model 3810EU Roku Streaming Stick+.

I have tried resetting the remote several times both by removing the batteries and also by holding back&home for 20s. I have rebooted the streaming device many times (daily in fact). I have re-paired the remote. I have recharged the AAA batteries to full. No improvement.

Is there anything else to try?

Yesterday my Roku voice pro 2 remote also stopped working. Also the right button. I tried charging the remote, resetting the remote (20 second back and home button hold) and factory resetting the Roku Ultra. Still the right arrow button not working. My Roku is not usable. Please help! The remote is not damaged. Also bought this Roku in December.
