The plus button on my remote for Roku, when I want to go back to the channel lineup...it is frozen and will not go to a channel...I need to press the home button, go out of the channel lineup and then back in...sometimes this happens 5 or 6 times in an hours time of watching TV

My remote after about a half hour will not go back to the channel selection...meaning the back arrow button is not working...I have to go home...then go back in that way...is there something I can do to get this to work again..it's a little annoying.
Sorry, I did not mean the plus button, I meant the back arrow button that takes you to the screen that has all the channels on it...after about 1/2 hour it does not work...and I have to go to the home screen and start all over again

Just a quick question—have you thought about changing the batteries? What steps have you taken so far to fix the problem? Also, could you share the Serial Number of your Roku device and the model number of your remote? That information might help us fix this.
