Just left Walmart with a roku premiere. The box says cords and batteries included. Open the box (which did not seem tampered with) and the only things inside were the remote, charging port, and the roku box. Disappointed and don’t feel like returning to Walmart tonight to try to exchange it and felt roku needed to know. Not sure if anyone else has had this issue before.

It's possible that the device may have been returned and was resold. We would highly recommend returning the product from where you purchased and making sure the box has the appropriate contents.
