Hi my Roku stick+ voice remote (model 3810EU) does not work. Have tried pairing it again and replacing batteries with no success. Can't seem to find where to purchase a new remote either.

many Roku users are having  problem with the voice control on the remotes as far back as the last update. Nothing seems to fix this

You can purchase replacement remote for your Roku device by going to our Support page and on the top of the page selecting Products > Accessories.
