I don’t recall seeing an aftermarket Roku remote with a microphone. I think I have only seen IR aftermarket remotes, and I’m pretty sure you can’t get enough bits per second out of IR to do speech.
You should be able to program your Roku player remote to control the TV – at least to the limited level that Roku remotes control TVs (power & volume).
