Kid sat on voice remote and now there's a legal agreement that I can't bypass
Roku user since 2009 here.
Is there any way to use my Roku and bypass the sudden voice remote legal agreement that rendered my.roku non-functional?
I already tried factory resetting which didn't work. I do not want to use voice features and would gladly opt-out if that's an option.
Not wanting to get into the ins and outs, just simply do not want to sign a legal agreement for an item I paid for a year ago that was functional until tonight.
The legal agreement looks like it was made October 28, 2022. But was never triggered until my kid sat on a pillow with the remote under it and accidentally turned on the voice feature of the remote.
If there's a workaround, I'd love to know. Thank you!

Re: Kid sat on voice remote and now there's a legal agreement that I can't bypass
Thanks for the post.
Are you able to close the agreement? Have you tried pressing buttons on the remote to remove the notice? Can you provide a photo of the issue you are experiencing?
With more detailed information, we will be able to assist you further.
Thanks,
Danny
