Please reply here with the serial number of the Roku device associated with the affected remote. It can be viewed by navigating to Settings > System > About.

Thanks for the post.

Please provide us the rest of the information you haven't provided in this list for further investigation:

-Roku device model
-Serial number
-Device ID
-Software OS/version
(these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-Tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
-Steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing

With more information, we will be able to assist you further.

I am powering the Roku stick through an outlet and new batteries are drained in about a week.

-Issue Description -- The Roku remote batteries are being drained completely in about a week with intermittent use. I've checked the last few days and I estimate that I lose about 10% battery per day.

Same issue as all of the above:

Roku Streaming Stick+

Batteries last 1 week.

Have updated software:  no fix.

Serial Number:  YH0088484289

Please fix this.  I have spent more on batteries than the stick!!
