I did a System Restart on all 3 of my 3810X sticks. All 3 Model RC399 remotes are only Firmware version rtn.4090.

How do I get it to 4092?

only rtn.4090 here as well after a few restarts

Are you sure that's the remote, and not the stick itself? (They have different version numbers. For example, my stick version shows 9.4.0 • build 4200-50.)

You are correct. The remote is 4092.

What version software should it have upgrade to?  I still show:  SW: 9.4.0 build 4200-50 after restart and even checked the SW update and it does not show any new ones available.

I have two 3810X sticks with RC399 remotes and they are also stuck on the 4090 firmware. I've rebooted several times and even repaired the remotes, removed batteries... rebooted again... still stuck on 4090. So how do we get to this 4092 firmware with the supposed fix?

Ok both my sticks finally updated to 4092 just a little while ago after another reboot so maybe it's taking some time to get to everyone. Will report back in a few days. 

Fingers crossed. This has been so GD annoying!!!
