Steve… I realize this is an old post, however, I am wondering if you were able to figure out a solution with YouTube TV?
Hi @W5MAV,

Could you tell us more about the issue you're running into? We'd like to know more about how we can help. In addition, can you please specify the exact steps you are taking to reproduce this issue so we can investigate further?
With more detailed information, we will be able to assist you further.
All the best,
Chel
We are trying to switch from cable TV to streaming. I already have a Fire Cube and a Fire Stick that work pretty good. I recently tried a ROKU stick and like the layout much better than the Fire. I have two older ladies in my home that are having serious anxiety over the switch.
The Fire Cube is easy for them to talk to change channels. I recently purchased the ROKU Ultra to try the Hey Roku voice feature on it for our living room television. The basic commands work okay. I am using YouTube TV for our local channels and other must have channels. When I tell Hey Roku to tune to ABC it switches out of YouTube TV to an app that I do not want. Roku will not switch to the YouTube channels. I have to manually navigate to these and enter those with a remote. The Fire Cube learned to do this on its own.
Is there anyway to make the Roku Ultra tune in ABC, CBS, NBS, Discovery Channel, Weather Channel, etc... within YouTube TV?
I appreciate the update.
Not every channel supports every command in this instance. We're still developing and growing Roku Voice, with an emphasis on making it easier for you to access your favorite content. We anticipate that functionality will continue to grow as we collaborate with channel partners and internally throughout the years.
