Been using Roku for a decade and all the sudden remote doesn’t work. There’s an ad for $69 Roku that displays on the home page, but I cannot click it to purchase. Need replacement. Bought streaming Roku TV and took it back. Too restrictive and display is awful. Need to just purchase the plug in receiver and remote. Help.

What model Roku was advertised for $69?

I don't know if you were seeing a special offer, but a Roku® Streaming Stick® 4K+ is sold at https://www.roku.com/products/players for $69.99.  I'm pretty sure that' NOT a "sale" price, but that's the price as of today.

download the roku app on your phone and use the remote function. I do it all the time when my remote takes a **bleep**.
