We have an old TV and early ROKU dongle. The system has worked fine until now.
Suddenly, our device is "not found on network."
From the phone app we clicked the three dots next to the device, and see that "view system info" and "set name and location" options are grayed out.
The dongle is lit up and "on" as normal. Connections are normal. We just can't use it.
If you have any ideas — other than get a new TV or a new ROKU — please advise. This has worked flawlessly for years, and now it doesn't.
