Wrong Episodes within a series

Peak Practice Season 9 episodes 2 & 3 are from actually Season 12 Episodes 2 & 3.  Season 12 is missing Episodes 2 & 3; one has to go to Season 9 to see them. The episode synopsis for Season 9 Episodes 2 & 3 is in line with Episode 9; however, when they start to play it’s obvious they’re from another season.  Any idea how to “find” Season 9 Episodes 2 & 3?
