Roku 4 stuck on boot loop after reset please help help with sotuation

Had to reboot my Roku 4.  Seems to initialize the HDMI port but never loads the OS.

Tried to use the reset button but that didn't work either.

 

Suggestions?

The reset button must be pushed and held for at least 30 seconds to initiate a factory reset.  Shorter than that and all you do is restart the unit.

If you have an SD card installed, remove it.

Had same issue.  Pulled my SD card and fixed the problem.  Now reformatting the SD card to remove any issues and will reuse the same SD card back in the same Roku4.
