I have a 2022 Roku ultra. I have an Atmos capable sound system. Roku is plugged into sound system via hdmi. Sound settings are set to auto. Sound system is connected via eARC hdmi. Tv is a basic 4K Phillips hdr10+. I am able to get Atmos via Disney+ reliably, however Amazon prime video refuses to utilize Atmos.
Does anyone have experience with this issue / know any useful tips?
