All devices not responding to Roku Smarthomeapp.
My light bulbs stopped responding to the app and now I notice the power outlets are affected. I was having problems with one light maybe because it keeps getting turned off. Then two others are doing the same thing. They show up as on in the app but when turned off with the app there's a "failed to get data" message. No response to anything from the app.
This has happened for a year or so but a phone restart would fix it. Now though restarts have no effect.
I've tried removing the devices but there's the same "failed to get data" message. So removing doesn't work. I've also cleared the cache and removed and installed the app. Everything shows up but won't respond to commands. If the power is turned off the they show the cloud symbol as what normally happens.
I suspect that they maybe keyed to my 5g wifi somehow but can't see anyway to check it in the app. I've also noticed that my outlets are all the same way.
With the light bulbs the IP, Network, Firmware and Signal strength are blank and unresponsive, their activation dates all show 12/31/1969, Plug-in version 1.0.0
The other devices on my wifi are all unaffected and work normally including Roku Ultras, Roku Express and PCs, phones, and appliances.

I've been having this problem ever since I got these light bulbs about a month ago and I'm about to return them this is ridiculous. The only thing that seems to fix it is if I delete the app and install it again but I can't be doing that every 2 days just to change the brightness on my light bulbs. I really like the idea of what these bulbs when I first got them and they did work at first but now it's been happening every two days. It's a shame that they're not even trying to fix it
