Hi, how can I send a photo? I actually made a little infographic with screenshots that shows the order in which they appear.
It doesn’t get stuck on one screen, it continually loops through several screens.
Is there an actual fix to this? My tv was fine until 3:00 am eastern time on Friday. I have tried every fix suggested and it has not worked.

Roku TV C105x

Have done the reset and power cycle without success.
I am having issues also getting out of recovery mode after a factory reset. I have it plugged in the Internet via Ethernet and the software update fails and won’t let me get out of recovery mode. I also tried to do update via USB through tv update.Roku.com and enter the serial number and put on a flash drive and it gave me 12 characters to enter on the website which it was invalid.

Hi @Aikblackbelt420,
Thanks for the post, and welcome to the Roku Community!
We appreciate the troubleshooting steps that you have taken so far, and we'd like to take a closer look into this issue that you had with the Hisense Roku TV since it was stuck in recovery mode.
Can you please provide the following information below?
We look forward to hearing from you soon and gathering your details.

Doesn't matter if I download the newest update for the TV and try it on USB or connect to wireless and do the update, or hold down the reset button with or without power, it always ends up back here. Getting really annoyed, this has bricked a 13 month old television.
This is absolutely ridiculous, at this point we all deserve a refund for our useless tv
