I received the fix on 1/7/25.  I’m no longer having a problem with my TV shutting off.

Update 1/16/25: We think we've found a fix for this issue, but it's only affecting a few users. We're sending it out to some folks for testing right now.

Want to help us test it out? Send me a PM with your Roku TV Device ID (found in Settings > System > About).

Roku 65" TV turning off by itself, especially after launching apps.

My Roku 65" TV 65R4A TV unexpectedly turns itself off after viewing an app. Sometimes more or quicker than other apps. Sometimes it takes a second to quit, when I launch an app and sometimes, then the same app launched again, it takes 15 minutes to quit and turn off. Even the Live TV option. It's on Software version 14.1. I have disconnected all inputs including ARC and CEC etc to a receiver. Restarted, unplugged for a long while, checked for updates etc. 

I read on a very recent thread that there is a fix and we need to maybe submit our Device ID etc, but I am not sure if that also applies to an actual Roku TV set.

Anyone know?
