I just installed it last night, so we'll see how it goes
My TV is garbage too, it turns on and off whenever it wants you download an app you can't open it, I had to buy a box that turns my outlet on and off to keep the TV off, should've returned it but it was already mounted on my wall and I didn't want to have to borrow people to take it back down it's the 75" TV. I will never buy another one and although I just got this TV a year ago I'm about to over it and gonna go by another TV. Sorry bout your issues !
I have this problem too and none of the solutions I could find online works. How do I PM you?

Hello, We are experiencing this problem where our (two) ROKU televisions Device ID number (S03P613PLJ37) and Device number (S077211K66RL) are turning off every single time we turn them on. Any help to fix this would be helpful. Thank you Tim Aggas
@RokuMaryEF I can't seem to find where to directly message you. My device ID is SONY7418WK34
Hello Mary, I am having similar issues as described, I am brand new to this forum, and I can’t seem to figure out how to send a private message to you with my tv’s info for the test fix. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. -Nick
I have a Sharp LC-55LBU711U Roku TV, Hardware ID 7225X, with up to date software and a an excellent WiFi signal.
A consistent issue is while streaming a movie, Apple Music or a show, when I try to rewind, the stream freezes, the rewind feature stops after a couple seconds and never continues. The TV then turns off and then back on by itself. This has been going on for a month.
please advise or replace.
I have a 55 in Hisense Roku TV, and for the past 3 months my when I am watching TV, it just powers off and on on it's own. I have tried unplugging it,as suggested, but that's not working. So I would appreciate it if you could please help me fix this problem. Thank you
