Reinicié el dispositivo, desinstale e instalé nuevamente YouTube, apague y encendí el internet y pantalla no me permite acceder.

I called support after being on hold for a while I finally got someone. They said that YouTube has to be updated on all TVs. So scroll over the app and click the star key on the remote and click update app. It should update the app and let it open up

When I turned tv on, the apps( YouTube and YouTube tv) were missing. I reinstalled, but the won’t launch. Done everything all others have, but nothing has worked. Other apps work. Tried to mirror from my tablet, but says it can’t connect.

Same issues began today. YouTube TV and YouTube do not work while all other apps function.

The Home 5 times and Back 5 times does not do anything on my TV.

My YouTube app is up to date as well. I think Roku isn’t acknowledging this problem is on their end. I’m on hold for customer service rn.
