My device is 3+ years old and I just started experiencing your same problem only today. YouTube is the only app (of the several other ones I tried opening) that won’t open, but it seems all others will. I went through ALL the troubleshooting steps with the same result. I suspect that YouTube’s newest software update isn’t compatible with Roku’s latest software update. Most likely Roku needs to fix this on their end ASAP. I use YT premium too, so I definitely want to have it work on my TV!

It’s letting me get on YouTube TV (which I do not have) but it won’t even let me click and open up regular YouTube. I just bought this tv tonight……….

The issue for me is just the regular YouTube app, however it is the same symptoms.

Same issues here. But YouTube and YouTube tv loads on one of my devices just not my tv. I’m irritated I use my YouTube tv every day
