Hi @eatbees20,

Thank you for posting here in the Roku Community!

We will be more than happy to assist you further with this picture quality concern. To ensure optimal picture quality on your Roku Ultra, make sure your TV is set to the correct resolution (usually 4K if your TV supports it), use a high-quality HDMI cable, access your Roku settings to adjust picture mode, and check if HDR or Dolby Vision is enabled if your content supports it; also, verify that your HDMI connection supports HDCP 2.2 for protected content.

We hope you'll find this information useful. Please keep us posted if there's anything else we can do to assist you.

Best regards,
John
