Why is there no parental control to downloading an apps? I have removed YouTube from my TV. I don't want the kids to downloading it again. Why can't I put a pin on downloading apps?  It seems like a simple fix.

@Sfitzger, this thread is about requiring a PIN to launch an app.  A optional PIN to add apps has been a feature for a long time.
