Did it come with a power adapter or are you using your TV's USB port? Use a power adapter if you have one. If that doesn't help, with the power connected find the reset button and use a paperclip or something similar to press and hold the reset button for no less than 30 seconds while ignoring anything appearing onscreen. If that doesn't help, there's really nothing else that can be done. If it's still under warranty, go for a warranty return.
