Why Does Roku Insist on Repeatedly Changing My Preferred Theme/Wallpaper?
After the update to Version 12.0.0 Build 4184-29 on 5/9/23 this solution no longer works.
My wallpaper is changing every 4-5 hours even though the Seasonal Theme option is disabled. Also all downloaded themes, screensavers, and wallpapers get delete from the account each time the wallpaper is forcibly changed.

Re: Why Does Roku Insist on Repeatedly Changing My Preferred Theme/Wallpaper?
Hi @TripodBob38,
Thanks for your post in the Roku Community!
We would be more than happy to look further into this issue. Can you check to see if you have sponsored themes enabled on your Roku device. You can access these settings by going to Settings>Themes>Sponsored Wallpapers>Off. After making sure it's disabled, please change your wallpaper and let us know if you are still experiencing the same issue.
Thanks,

Re: Why Does Roku Insist on Repeatedly Changing My Preferred Theme/Wallpaper?
Thanks for pinpointing the problem. Settings>Themes>Sponsored Wallpapers is being turned on every 3-4 hours. I turn it OFF and within four hours it is always back to ON. I haven't found a way to make the setting stay OFF.
Actually this issue is now completely moot. I'm having a much more serious issue that has rendered the ROKU totally useless, but that is a whole other thread.
