What is the point of favorites?
I just spent several minutes with an AI bot named Charlene.
I spent a lot of time curating my favorites list. The way it should work is that, when I select my favorites menu, I should be able to move inside it without being kicked out to "all channels" or whatever when I scroll up or down from a channel.
This is very frustrating. What's the point of having a favorites list if you can't move within it and skip the channels you've spent time to avoid?

Re: What is the point of favorites?
If you are using the Roku Channel Live TV Guide, then yes, Favorites is clumsily implemented. A lot of extra clicking around to select the Favorites to change to one of the included channels. (and with each new update to the Guide, Favorites gets pushed further down the left side categories).
Favorites should either be moved to the top, or directly below the All Channels category.
Just another Roku user... I am not a Roku employee.
