What did the new second 10.0.0 build 4177 fix or address?

Several days ago my TCL 65R635 installed a system update to 10.0.0.  This morning it installed a new build of the same software version.   The new build is 4177.

I know the first build had several problems.  Can anyone explain what this build was supposed to fix from the previous one?

I just noticed that I've been updated again to build 4185.  Can anyone from Roku please clarify what these new builds are supposed to fix or add?
