I’ve connected my AirPods to my new Roku Ultra model 4802. I hear sound but I have to turn the volume on the remote way up to 70 to 80 to hear the audio correctly through the AirPods. When I connect my wired headphones the volume works normally, at around 20 to 30. What’s the problem with the AirPods?

• When did this issue occur?
• Have you tried using different AirPods to see if the volume remains the same?
• Have you tried using your AirPods with a different Roku device?
• Is this happening on all contents or channels, or is this isolated to one content or channel?

It occurred the first time I tried to use my new Roku Ultra. 
I only have one pair of AirPods and they work fine with everything else. 
I only have one Roku Ultra. 
It has low volume on all channels and streaming different things.

It seems like we need to see more of what's going on here. Could you please provide us with the device serial that can be found by navigating to Settings>System>About? We'd love to take a closer look.

I now think this is normal to have to turn up the volume to around 75 when using AirPods because I also have to turn them up to around that level when using them with my iPhone and iPad.
