Can’t get out of update of “Dispute Resolution Terms”! The agree button doesn’t work or the star button to view the terms! How do I resolve this?

The screen itself is rendered where you can’t do anything but control the volume and turn off the television. I’m using the original Roku remote to the television and nothing works. Turning off the tv, unplugged tv, reset router, reset the remote control etc. nothing seems to work, I even tried to use the Roku remote control application. There’s an error when trying to connect to my router using the Roku app. I’ve reached out to customer service twice and still no luck. Apparently this is a known issue a lot of people are having this problem.
I am having the same issue. Awaiting a chat rep to see if they can help. Will update if i find the resolve.
