Did you restart your Roku device before adding the channel back in? That step is crucial when performing the troubleshooting. If you haven't done that yet, we recommend trying it once again.
If still no dice, we suggest reaching out to Crunchyroll Support to report the issue and for further help. Channels on Roku are maintained by the channel developer themselves. In this case, there's likely an issue within that specific channel that needs to be addressed with an update from the channel developer.
