Son’s Roku

I have 4 Rokus on my account. My 6 year old son has a Roku in his room and I wanted to know if it is possible to only allow certain channels on it without affecting how many channels are on the other Rokus in the house. Want YouTube on the other Rokus but not on my sons for example.

Re: Son’s Roku

Unfortunately, no. All devices linked to the same account will have the same channels installed. Remove a channel from one and it's removed from all. The only way to do what you want is to link it to a different Roku user account. There's no charge for that, but the account does need to use a different email address.

To link a device to a new account, you must perform a factory reset, and set it up again as a new device. There's no way to switch accounts and keep any existing channel settings.
