Black update screen pops up every time I turn my tv on. However, I can’t click on anything on that page, I can hear the screens in the background. So I have to turn tv off, turn back on, and it goes away. My software is updated. Any thoughts?
Did you get a response? The same exact thing is happening to me. I am connected to Wifi. The Roku device is connecting and looking for updates (last check was yesterday eventing). I once did a call with a Roku agent and we unplugged/replugged/did all the things. It seemed to work, but then it started again the next day.
