Screen reader won't turn off, but it's set to OFF in Roku settings and Disney settings
Mine won't turn off of Disney+ and I've went thru all the settings and they all say off.

Yea it appears that the NBC and PBS channel settings are over-riding the Roku settings on my device. Do you have any other “leads” for who I get support or guidance from for updating these specific channel settings ? Can it be done through RoKU or do I need to contact someone else with NBC or PBS ?

For more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact the channel provider support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
