Roku won’t go to Homepage

Roku device stays on the ROKU white bouncing letters and doesn’t go to the homepage. I’ve disconnected the power, changed HDMI cables and ports, tried hard reset, but to no avail…

If your device uses a USB cable for power, try a different USB power adapter.
