I just opened a convenience store, and I am using a Thumb Drive and plugging into the TV for my menus. They keep timing out and going back to the home screen. I have tried the power settings. I have tried the sleep mode settings and nothing works. I see plenty of people of had this issue…has anybody successfully solved it if not, has anyone successfully used a media player that they purchased if so, would love to know what brand… I need to find a solution for this ASAP. Thank you all!
