Roku Streaming Stick 4K HDR10 (Not plus)

I have a Roku Streaming Stick 4K which I understand supports HDR10+ and Dolby Vision.

I am considering getting a TV which only supports HDR10 (not plus). Will the Streaming Stick 4k be able to display HDR on this TV?
