Roku Billing test & cancel subscription

Jump to solution

I am trying to test Roku upgrade and downgrade functionality, the channel is marked for billing testing, and the user has been added as test user.
My question is, Can we delete the subscriptions that were made already to retest the subscription flow?

Once we subscribe, I can see that the subscription is valid for the period it was initially purchased, so to retest the subscription what are the options?

Go to https://developer.roku.com/dev/dashboard -> Test Users

There you will see a list of your test users and on every row there is a "transactions" link. From there you can delete past transactions (subscriptions) and thus clear your flow for testing.

@leo9-

This sounds like a question about a channel you have developed or are developing.

You've posted to a forum for Roku users, where few, if any, will be able to help. The Developers forums are a couple of doors down the hall: https://community.roku.com/t5/Developers/ct-p/channel-developers
