Just to clarify, may we know if the Bluetooth icon shows up on your Home screen with one of your channel lineups? If so, could you please clarify what troubleshooting steps you have taken to try and remove it from your Home screen? In addition, would you mind providing us with a photo of it for reference?
The best course of action will be suggested once we have a better understanding of the situation. We'll be anticipating your response.
