I was looking at trying to turn on Audio Guide/Screen Reader for this but can't find it under settings and I even tried the 4 clicks (magnifying glass) on the remote and does nothing. Im wondering if this feature is even available for this device or not? Im looking at getting an upgrade soon.
I am not sure if Roku removed the Audio Guide/Screen Reader from the Roku3 device, or if it was never supported.
From the Roku Support Article (How to enable the text-to-speech screen reader on your Roku® streaming device - https://support.roku.com/article/231584647, the Roku3 is not listed. This may be the issue.

Try Settings/Accessibility/Screen Reader
Before the Shortcut will work (4 presses of the * button on your Roku remote), you need to verify that the Shortcut has been enabled. (Settings/Accessibility/Shortcut)
@AvsGunnar When I go to settings there is no "Accessibility" option listed on there.

My Roku 3 never had Accessibility settings, although it did have the Audio Guide enabled/disabled via four presses of *. It's kind of been retired, so I don't know if Accessibility settings were added after v9.2, but it doesn't sound like they were.
