One of my use cases for my Roku Ultra is to stream music. I do this both from my iPhone using AirPlay and from my laptop using Miracast. My home entertainment system includes a stereo receiver, and The Roku Ultra is connected to an audio splitter which feeds HDMI to the TV and splits the audio off to go to the receiver via and optical connection. The TV doesn't need to be on for me to play music, and It all works fine with the one annoyance that I have to get the Roku remote and wake the Roku up before I can do it.
I've already turned off the bandwidth conservation feature on the Roku, but it always seems to go to standby mode and stop listening to the network anyway. Is there any way to keep the Roku on so that it will accept Miracast and AirPlay connections without having to be awakened by its remote first?
Did you turn off power saving? It's under Settings->System->Power.

I didn't know that was there. I just changed the setting, but it will take me a while to tell if that was the problem. I'll come back and update this once I know the answer.
That was it. Thanks for your help.
