I am trying to manage my peacock account. I have to go to Roku to do this. I get to Roku and it says I have no subscriptions. I have entered the right email. I have checked and double checked. I have signed out I have signed back in. It is not there. It says I have no subscriptions at all.
Do you have more than one Roku device or did you ever get rid of one? If so, it's possible you have more than one Roku account.
