I can’t find them like I do on the TVs I have don’t know where they went. So I have to reset the box ?
I'm not certain what model Roku you have. There is no "Extra" in the name of any current player. There is the Express, and the Express 4K+, which are two completely different players.
Some parental controls are available on your Roku user account site (https://my.roku.com). These settings are global, meaning they will apply to all devices linked to the account. You must create a PIN for your account, then you can set the content restrictions. You can override the restriction on a player as long as you know the PIN.

Note, however, that the parental controls only apply to the content controlled by Roku, i.e. what you receive on The Roku Channel.
If you have any premium channels subscribed thru Roku that are viewed through The Roku Channel, Roku does not control this content so the Roku parental controls do not apply.
Some of the individual channel services have their own parental controls.
