The Roku live TV channels are blocking Y/Y7 content. Why would that ever happen? It's the lowest setting, so in theory it should be impossible to block Y/Y7 content. The parental blocking doesn't seem to be working properly. TCL 3 Series.

Content can be played without a PIN depending on which of the four rating levels you select when configuring your PIN preferences, as described in the table below.

= Content with this rating on The Roku Channel can be watched without a PIN

= A PIN is required to watch content with this rating on The Roku Channel

We suggest setting the parental controls to other preferences to access other content.

It looks like you're saying there's no option to allow all of the Y's (including Y7) while disallowing PG and up. Is that correct? Doesn't that seem like an oversight? This means that I cannot actually allow all the children's programming while excluding everything else.

I am unable to use parental blocking at all, since it is extremely glitchy and winds up blocking lots of children's programming even if I do set it to PG.
