Can Pandora be updated to have a dark/sleep/dim mode for listening at night, for example, soundscapes, rain, etc? The current Pandora moving screensavers are still brighter than the Regular viewing screen.

You'd have to ask Pandora.  They developed it and are solely responsible for how it works.
