I noticed when doing a manual software update on my Roku streambar it updated SOLAR PANEL ALIGNMENT. I don't have solar panels but my new neighbor does. Is this a common software update or could my new neighbor be stealing my signal.

It's Roku's weak attempt at humor. They aren't aligning any solar panels or "boosting your fun factor" or anything else that those cute messages may suggest.
