How do I accept the "new" arbitration agreement

Jump to solution

There has been no email nor pop-up on screen that I'm aware of from Roku on any of my 4 television sets.  I have searched through everything; called both customer service numbers; and, emailed the "general counsel" trying to find out how to accept their terms and conditions.  I did find on the Roku menu a thing for "legal".  I went thru all of the different forms and only one came up for March 7, 2024.  I clicked the "okay" button but it took me down to the "close".  Not sure if that worked or not.  I don't have problem with it and would just like to go through and do whatever so they don't cut the service.  Please if anyone can help, I would appreciate it.  Thank you!!

@Lyntim, are you in the U.S.?  I don't know if this is occurring in other regions.  If you don't see the new agreement, then you really don't have to do anything.
