I need to know which roku players support IR control.
Specifically the Roku Express 4k+, it has a voice remote but does it also support IR control/IR Sensor? or RF only.
There was no easy way to access this specific information for AV integrators. The lack of human phone support will steer my recommendation on all future ROKU products, no support, no customer.
