Our TV is in guest mode, however it is continuously restarting.  We've tried turning off and even unplugging the TV with no result.  How do we interrupt the process to reset the TV?  How do we fix the issue?

Try a factory reset or "Recovery Mode" (if the TV supports it) using the reset button on the back of the TV.

I don't know if either will fix it since you may have a hardware problem that's causing it to constantly restart.
