I am trying this here. I reached out to support. Had Issues with my express Roku and they determined that I had a defective device so they suggested I send it back gave me the RMA number and I sent it back through USPS they indicated they didn’t receive it so I was supposed to give them the tracking number and then they would send out my replacement I have yet to hear from anybody and I gave them the tracking number what else can I do I have no replacement device.
