We noticed in your post that you are having trouble casting your Windows 11 laptop to your Roku TV. We would like to coordinate this with our appropriate team for further investigation of this issue. Please provide the following details.
- Brand of your laptop
- Roku TV model, serial number, device ID, and current software version. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID (press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)
